Redemption Process:
- Once you redeem the voucher, you will receive an order confirmation email along with another email containing a URL link which will give you access to your Cash Vouchers.
- For redeeming the vouchers, at the time of payment, simply show the Cash voucher on your mobile device to the staff at the Clinics.
- The staff will help you redeem your voucher to offset your payment against the same.
- Customers can use the vouchers to pay part of the bill up to the value of the voucher and pay any excess balance with other modes of payment as available at the clinics.
- Voucher can only be used for payment of consultation charges and associated prescirbed medication during this consultation.
- Voucher cannot be used for purchase of OTC products from the brand stores.
- Vouchers can only be used once and in full, any balance amount remaining will not be refunded.
