Rewards Points Scheme of S.F. Express (Singapore) Private Limited

– Terms and Conditions


This Rewards Points Scheme ("Scheme") is offered to S.F. Express cash customers at its sole discretion, and is open only to the customers who have enrolled in the Scheme (“Member(s)”). By participating in the Scheme, Members can earn rewards points ("Points") for utilizing courier services of S.F. Express and redeem available Points for reward items offered by S.F. Express, subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and the availability of reward items.

    S.F. Express reserves the right to modify and change the Terms and Conditions governing the Scheme — including, but not limited to, the conditions for membership, the rules for earning and redeeming Points, including the rates at which Points may be earned or redeemed, the expiration policy for Points, and the products and services on which Points may be earned and redeemed at any time and in our sole discretion without prior notice. Your continued participation in the Scheme constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions. 



  1. “Member” refers to a person who has registered with S.F. RPS and eligible to login into the system to administrator or redeemer the rewards.
  2. “RPS Point”, means membership rewards points which credited by S.F. Express to its Members. Points accrued in the Scheme have no cash or monetary value.
  3. “Scheme” means the rewards points scheme, a customer loyalty programme owed and administered by S.F. Express.
  4. “Points’ Balance” is the net remaining number of RPS available and redeemable in the RPS account.
  5. “Wish List” is a location for you to save the rewards that you are interested in temporarily; and it can be used in both logged in and logged out state.
  6. “Shopping Cart” is a location for you to save the rewards that you are going to redeem, with the function of giving you an overview of the rewards going to be redeemed and the required Rewards Points for the redemption. Logged in state is needed for using this function.
  7. “Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions for the Scheme.
  8. “We”, “our”, “us”, “the company” or “the website” refers to S.F. Express or its website.
  9. Any terms that are not included here shall have the general meanings in common business practices.


Data Privacy and Security

  1. S.F. Express is committed to safeguard the personal data provided by the Member. S.F. Express may collect, use, retain, disclose, transfer (including cross-border transfer), secure and access the personal data of the Member in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the official website of S.F. Express. 
  2. Any Member can at any time send request to sg_bps@sf-express.com together with his or her contact details to stop receiving any promotion and/or marketing materials or to start receiving the same (if the Member has unsubscribed from receiving such materials before).


Registration and Enrollment

  1. Only non-credit account customers of S.F. Express (paid by cash per air waybill) are eligible to participate in the Scheme.
  2. Non-credit account customers are required to register here as a Member in order to participate in the Scheme. The membership of the Scheme is free.  
  3. When registering for the Scheme membership, you accept and agree to:

(i) provide accurate, current and complete information;

(ii) maintain and promptly update your information;

(iii) maintain the security of your account;

(iv) not share your account credentials with others; and

(v) promptly notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to your account.

  1. S.F. Express will send a confirmation email with the default password to customers upon the successful registration.
  2. S.F. Express may refuse membership to any person without giving a reason.
  3. It is prohibited to infringe the rights and benefits of any parties by using their identities and account information.


Earning Points

  1. Members can earn and accumulate Points through which any eligible shipment is made with S.F. Express.
  2. One (1) Point can be earned for every shipment made in Singapore.
  3. To earn the Point, Member shall provide the air waybill number of the Shipment made together with the Member details to sg_bps@sf-express.com within one (1) month of the shipment date. Points will be credited to the Member account within ten (10) working days upon verification.
  4. Points will not be credited for any withdrawn or cancelled shipments. S.F. Express reserves the right to rescind at any time any Points that were awarded for withdrawn or cancelled shipment.

  6. Every Point you earned is valid for twelve (12) months. You may check the balance of the Points at “My Profile > My Redemption History and Points”. Points that are not used or redeemed within twelve (12) months will be forfeited.
  7. If a Member believes he or she did not receive the correct Point for any shipment made, Member must send email to sg_bps@sf-express.com or call our hotline at +65-66030667.


Redeeming Rewards

  1. Points are eligible to be used by the Member for redemption purpose.
  2. Members are responsible for checking if there are sufficient Points for redemption. Redemption cannot be made in case of insufficient Points in the corresponding Member account.
  3. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or any other cash-equivalent items.
  4. Members are required to submit the reward redemption request here. Points will be deducted from the corresponding Member account upon the receipt of the redemption request.
  5. Once a redemption request is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Official confirmation email on the delivery arrangement will be sent to the registered email address within ten (10) working days.
  6. Pictures and values featured herein are for reference only and may not reflect the actual scenarios or items. S.F. Express is not responsible nor accepts any liability for the differences between the display pictures and values, and the actual items and values.
  7. The rewards redeemed are non-replaceable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
  8. S.F. Express is not responsible for non-availability of the reward items listed. S.F. Express reserves the right to add or replace any reward items offered as a redemption option without any prior notice.
  9. The values shown for the rewards redeemable on the RPS website is for reference only. S.F. Express is not responsible nor accepts any liability for the differences between the values shown on the RPS Website and the rewards’ actual market values.
  10. If a Member discovers any problems or defects with the reward item received, Member has to report to us within forty eight (48) hours upon the receipt of the reward item.
  11. S.F. Express is not responsible nor accepts any liability for loss, destruction, or damages to the rewards items arising out of the Member’s act and/or omission. Any corresponding request for exchange or return will not be entertained.
  12. All redemptions made shall further subject to our final acceptance.



  1. We offer free-of-charge delivery of rewards items to the address within our service network but not to any remote area. Charges will be imposed for delivery to any remote areas as defined by S.F. Express.


Tax Liability

  1. Members are responsible for any personal tax liability that may be related to participation in the Scheme and redemption of any rewards.


Termination and Suspension of the Account and Membership

  1. If a Member decides to terminate its membership, the Member shall inform us in writing.  
  2. We may take up to fourteen (14) working days from the date we received the termination request to terminate your membership. We will send confirmation email to notify customers upon the completion of the entire termination process.
  3. Upon the termination of the account and membership, all the accumulated Points in the respective account will be forfeited and all the yet-to-deliver redeemed rewards items or any other benefits will be withdrawn.
  4. If any former Member who has previously terminated the account and membership wishes to re-apply for the account and membership, the Member is required to provide good grounding for the course of actions and we reserve the right to refuse such application without disclosing the reason.
  5. S.F. Express may terminate the RPS account and membership if there is breach of any of the Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, general commercial practices or it is found to have any dishonest behaviors or ill-intended actions leading to the harm of interests of any other parties.
  6. Accumulated Points under the suspended/frozen account cannot be utilized for redemption of rewards items until the suspended/frozen account be released and resumed to its normal state.



  1. S.F. Express assumes no responsibility for any loss of whatever nature resulting from the redemption of rewards.
  2. These Terms and Conditions are translated into other languages. In case of discrepancies between two language versions, the English version shall prevail.
  3. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
  4. In case of any dispute arising out of the Scheme the decision of S.F. Express will be final. All questions or disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by S.F. Express at its sole discretion.
  5. Any issues that have not been included in the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, and also the general commercial practices.
